On a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer hinted that Braun Strowman may cash-in his Money in the Bank contract in the immediate aftermath of the Universal Championship match at SummerSlam.

The rumour is that Strowman will cash-in following the anticipated clash between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. Meltzer believes Reigns will finally defeat Lesnar only to be instantly challenged by the 'Monster Among Men', saying:-

Maybe like Roman beats Brock and then Braun cashes in on Roman right away, I mean they could do it. If they end the show with Braun winning, with Brock losing so he’s out of the picture but Roman Reigns winning but losing in the same night it will be an incredibly happy ending it will be so satisfying I mean they could do that too.

Strowman defeated the likes of The Miz, Samoa Joe and Finn Balor on Sunday night to become 'Mr Monster in the Bank' and with Brock Lesnar expected to return to UFC following SummerSlam he's predicted to drop the Universal Championship in August.

It's arguable that Roman Reigns has to be the man to defeat Lesnar due to his many losses to 'The Beast', but having Strowman immediately invoke his title match and leave as champion would certainly send the fans home happy from Brooklyn and usher in a new era.
