Brock Lesnar's 10 Potential Opponents To WWE WrestleMania 31

Where does Brock Lesnar go after John Cena?

If you're a member of the anti-John Cena crowd, then the 2014 edition of SummerSlam was probably the greatest night of your life. In the brutal main event of the show, Brock Lesnar tore John Cena down like he was a rookie hometown jobber on an old episode of Sunday Night Heat. It was a vicious assault which featured sixteen german suplexes and a definitive pinfall win that echoed off of Brock's defeat of the Undertaker at WrestleMania, and it made Lesnar the most credible man to hold the title in years. Brock brings a certain aura to the title that hasn't existed with it for years; he works limited dates, and comes off as a special attraction. It's similar to some of the runs that Hogan and Sammartino had, where they weren't seen as often as the champion is today and created a strong presence when they did show up. Lesnar's limited schedule allows him to come off as must-see television, while also being quite an incentive for potential WWE Network subscribers. From here, the target of WWE booking seems to be focused on getting to WrestleMania 31. Rumors have persisted that Brock will hold the title from now until that magical night where he will give someone the biggest victory of their career, with obvious favorites being Roman Reigns or Daniel Bryan. Whatever the case may be, there's a lot of time between now and March 29th. We still have to get through big events like Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble, so there's plenty of potential men for Brock to defend the title against in the interim. Brock's reign gives him a lot of interesting opponents to work with, and it's crucial to keep the momentum from SummerSlam high as we get closer to Mania. So powerslam that next button, and we'll take a look at ten opponents that the WWE could lay in front of Brock between now and WrestleMania 31.
