8. Vs. Roman Reigns (WrestleMania 34)
The main event of last year's WrestleMania suffered from the fact that the fans didn't want either man to win. Fans were sick of Lesnar and his half-assed, part-time Universal Title run, but they were also sick of Roman Reigns and his forced babyface persona.
Met with chants of "CM Punk," "Boring," and "This is awful," Lesnar and Reigns simply could not find a way to connect with this crowd in a meaningful way. Even with Roman somehow kicking out of five F5's, the fans just flat-out did not care. Though, to be fair, the show had reached the six-hour mark by the time this match went on, so they were likely very tired on top of that.
While Lesnar's victory after about 16 minutes was a tinge unexpected, neither outcome would have been satisfactory, and the match has been widely panned by critics as "one of WrestleMania's worst main events of all time" ever since.
