CM Punk: 10 Ways WWE Will Book His Return

CM Punk Rumours are abound right now as, according to 'one top wrestler', and via Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, CM Punk 'is expected to be at Monday's Raw from Chicago'. This is huge news and a return in front of a baying crowd who have set up twitter feeds and online polls to hijack tonight's episode will perhaps create a 'bigger' episode than last week's Network debut. WWE, however, appears to be in a state of unannounced turmoil. Batista has had to turn heel only a few weeks after returning as an all-conquering hero. The main event of The Viper versus The Animal could face huge walk-outs at the anniversary event. Daniel Bryan is getting buried further and further by Creative (whilst also using him non-stop on live TV to appease the fans). It's not looking good with only a month to go to the big one. CM Punk's return is a huge moment. If he does come back tonight then WWE Creative have to do it right or, at the very least, create a huge amount of mainstream attention. If they screw up his return then the PPV buy-rates for WrestleMania XXX will be damaged beyond all hope of repair. For all WWE wants to rely on part-time legends, for the PPV to work, as much as they hate it, they'll have to rely on their indie stars. If Punk returns tonight, it will be huge. If he doesn't, Chicago will not be the place to be tonight. So, here are 10 Ways WWE Will Book CM Punk's Return.
