CM Punk To WWE: "I F**king Told You So"

What's he talking about now?

CM Punk is in Las Vegas as part of UFC's huge event and during an interview session he said "I f**king told you so" to World Wrestling Entertainment. He was asked by SevereMMA about all of the former Ring of Honor talents that are making it big in WWE. Punk claims he told WWE this many years ago and they didn't listen to him. Punk spoke how important ROH was in the early 2000s and how they turned it into a company that they were all really proud of.
"I think it€™s funny now when you look at the pro wrestling landscape, all the guys that they€™re hiring, all the guys that they€™re putting on television. I can honestly say I don€™t know if that happens if a guy like me and a guy like (Samoa) Joe don€™t take a chance. Everybody€™s talented in their own right but everything that I was made fun of and vilified for by management is what they€™re looking for in guys and I wear that as a badge of honor.€
Punk explained that he's not taking credit for anybody's success, but he finds it funny that guys like him are who they are going for now. Some former ROH guys in WWE today include WWE Champion Seth Rollins, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe and others.
The way Punk said it shows that he really believed it and that it's one of the things that really bugged him about WWE. It's a good point made by him because he doesn't have the prototypical wrestler look that WWE looks for and neither does his good friend Samoa Joe, who recently signed a full time deal with WWE. Regarding his WWE exit, Punk went on to say that he felt like he was never going to get what he wanted out of the company, so he moved on. He added that now he's in a place (UFC) where if he's not the best he will get beat up, which is a big motivating factor for him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evCi4BUbIWY
