Daniel Bryan's 10 Best Matches

With his recent triumph at WrestleMania XXX, Daniel Bryan has become one of the biggest and brightest stars in the wrestling industry. However, long before he signed with the WWE, Bryan had already made a name for himself as one of the most talented wrestlers in the game, with four star matches all over his resume. By the time he debuted on WWE television in early 2010 as a "rookie" on NXT, Bryan had already been involved in more high caliber matches than many on the WWE roster at the time. Certainly many more than the Miz, who was Bryan's mentor during the NXT segments. Few wrestlers have came into a major company with this kind of reputation and hype, deemed the "best wrestler in the world" by many before he ever wrestled for the first time on a WWE show. This was due to his extensive work and fame on the independent scene prior to his initial 2009 WWE signing. Many had been waiting for years to see Bryan get a chance under the WWE's bright lights, yet his time spent there was seemingly over before it ever really got started. After a brief stint in early 2010 as part of the NXT project, Bryan was given his release for choking ring announcer Justin Roberts with his own tie on live television (a big no no by WWE's television violence standards). It didn't take long, though, for the fans' voices and chants at live events to be heard: they wanted Daniel Bryan back. He returned to the WWE shortly thereafter at SummerSlam 2010, and as they say the rest is history. Today, we will look back at some of the best, technically sound and legendary matches of Bryan's career. Whether you know him for his career as "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson or Daniel Bryan, you will most likely find something on this list that you remember fondly and hold in high esteem as a wrestling fan. The matches encompassing the list span from his days in Ring Of Honor, to Dragon Gate, and ultimately his career in the WWE. These are Daniel Bryan's 10 best matches...
