Dave Bautista is 'deep' in talks with WWE over an in-ring wrestling return, according to Ryan Satin at Pro Wrestling Sheet.
An offer has been put out to the Guardians of the Galaxy star for a match at WrestleMania 35, likely against WWE Executive Triple H.
If you recall, that match was certainly teased last October during SmackDown's 1000th episode celebration show when Evolution reunited for one night only and the smart money is on HHH vs Batista still being the plan for the April 7th extravaganza.
Triple H recently revealed on a WWE media call that he had been cleared to return to the ring following the injuries he sustained at WWE's Crown Jewel event last year.
Adding further intrigue to the story, Satin reports that All Elite Wrestling have also made overtures to Batista to appear at their Double Or Nothing event in Las Vegas. Reportedly, Bautista has welcomed AEW's interest and is sounding out what both companies can offer before deciding on his future.
Pro Wrestling Sheet note Bautista's chances of appearing at WrestleMania 35 as 50/50 at time of writing.
We will have full analysis on this developing story in the coming days.
