Did Alexa Bliss Get Recent Cosmetic Surgery?

Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez both claimed on Wrestling Observer Radio that breast augmentation surgery was the main reason why Alexa Bliss missed the latest WWE tour of South Africa. Further, Meltzer speculated that the cosmetic work forced WWE to limit Alexa's involvement in Raw's 10-woman tag-team main event on Monday.
Contrastingly, Post Wrestling are reporting that any surgery Bliss did undergo was only "minor". They also claimed that Alexa won't miss the typical six weeks expected post-operation (as the Wrestling Observer reported) and that she's ready to make an in-ring return right away.
On Raw, Bliss revealed that she'll get her contractual rematch against Nia Jax for the Raw Women's Title at Backlash on 6 May. As that would fall within the six-week window of recovery for a major breast augmentation, Post Wrestling believe the situation is being blown out of proportion.
Is it worth noting that Bliss didn't really do anything during the aforementioned Raw match. That's odd for such a featured performer, and it was also strange that she kept her t-shirt on for the duration of the main event.
