Every McMahon WWE WrestleMania Match - Ranked From Worst To Best

AJ Styles Vs. Shane McMahon might not be a disgrace.

Vince McMahon may have created WrestleMania, but the Genetic Jackhammer hasn't exactly had the best of times at the Showcase of the Immortals. Mr. McMahon has one of the worst WrestleMania records in history, the anti-Streak if you will - a depressing win-loss record that contains a four in the latter column and big fat zero in the former.

Shane has done slightly better at the Show of Shows, but even that comes with a caveat of sorts. Shane's record currently sits at two wins and one loss, but one of those wins came against his father and the other was thanks to his brother-in-law. More often than not it is safe to say that if a McMahon is in competition at WrestleMania, the McMahon is going to lose.

But what of the matches themselves?

There have been six matches in WrestleMania that featured a McMahon in active competition, and they have mostly overachieved when it comes to in-ring quality. Vince and Shane's willingness to sacrifice their bodies for entertainment is legendary, and WrestleMania history is littered with their blood and broken bones.

The McMahons may have faced off against the most legendary performers in WWE history on the grandest stage of them all - but which match stands tall over the others?

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
