7. The Revival

They're one of the best tag teams in the world, but Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson's main roster run hasn't worked out thus far.

Dash suffered a fractured jaw just 11 days after The Revival's main roster debut, putting the team on hiatus for two months. They returned in June, but disaster struck again three weeks later, when Dawson's bicep was ruptured while wrestling Sheamus and Cesaro at a live event. He'll be on the shelf until February at the earliest, leaving Wilder to circle the drain as a singles act on Main Event.

The Revival's luck has been rotten, but their pre-injury contributions were solid. They made a great debut the night after WrestleMania 33, scoring a huge victory over the record-breaking New Day in their first bout, which appeared to set them up for a monster push. Dash and Dawson were then involved in the Enzo Amore/Big Cass whodunit, and house show booking patterns hinted at a feud with The Bar. Sadly, this never materialised.

It's a shame that we'll have to wait until 2018 to see the best of The Revival, but fans shouldn't be worried. They're going to kill it.
