Taking top billing on tonight's NXT lineup is Women's Champion Raquel Gonzalez defending her strap against Xia Li, who is undefeated between the ropes in 2021.

Li, who worked a dark match at last week's SmackDown tapings and has since been linked to the main roster, scored her most notable NXT scalp to date in June, besting Mercedes Martinez at TakeOver: In Your House. She'll be the underdog against Gonzalez, who has now been Women's Champion for over 100 days.

Elsewhere, Diamond Mine's Roderick Strong and Tyler Rust will face Bobby Fish and Kushida, whom the group targeted in their debut beatdown a few weeks ago.

WWE is also advertising a continuation of the 2021 Breakout Tournament, though no specific matches are currently listed. Elsewhere, the company has hyped an appearance from Karrion Kross, who made a miserable Raw debut last night, losing to Jeff Hardy in under two minutes (without Scarlett by his side).

Here's the card at a glance:-
