Footage Released Of August Shooting At WWE Performance Center

See the moments before 29-year-old Armando Montalvo was shot outside of the Orlando facility.

The WWE Performance Center made news for all the wrong reasons in August when it was reported that police had responded to a call on the property and shot a man who was causing a disturbance. The man, identified as 29-year-old Armando Montalvo, was labeled an obsessive fan who had been €œfixated on a female WWE performer€ (reported to be WWE NXT trainer Lita), smeared feces on the wall and had previously been arrested for trespassing at the facility. WWE has a restraining order placed on him at the time of the shooting. Those who know Montalvo have spoken out about his mental health, saying they€™ve long since been concerned by his behavior. Orlando€™s WFTV Channel 9 has now released footage of the incident, which shows Montalvo striking a Shawn Michaels pose outside the doors of the PC and shouting about a contract so that he can become €œthe undisputed best NXT wrestler of all-f*cking time.€ When police arrive the incident turns ugly as Montalvo picks up a rock and charges the officers before he€™s shot one time to disable him. The video itself, embedded below, does not include the actual shooting.

Armando Montalvo is currently out on bond and is scheduled to stand trial for the incident February of next year.
