Goldberg Wants WWE Return - Who Would He Like To Face?

Bill Goldberg has told Jim Ross that he would be willing to wrestle for WWE again. Appearing on Ross's radio podcast, Goldberg said he is open to a new WWE deal if the money is right. He revealed that he's still in the gym five days a week and would be in great shape to hit the ring again. It's one of his dreams for his young son to see him wrestle live at least once. On the subject of his ideal opponent, Goldberg named three men: Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar or Triple H. He did however say he was open to facing anybody if the angle made sense - so maybe the long rumoured and logical Ryback vs Goldberg match could still happen. Out of Goldberg's preferences, you would have to say the Reigns match would be the best option. We have seen Goldberg wrestle Lesnar and Hunter in the past, neither were great matches, although Lesnar could be exciting under different circumstances. Roman Reigns vs Goldberg would be the ideal scenario because the younger star would be elevated through association with the legend. Both have a similar demeanour and style, it would stack up nicely as a main event. Goldberg's comments to Ross will be hugely encouraging to WWE. Get the money right and they'll have a big selling point for WrestleMania 31 next year. Helping the WWE is the fact that Goldberg wants to do this for an emotional reason, for his son, that has to mean there's a very good chance of us seeing Bill Goldberg back in the WWE over the next year
