Former WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are reportedly close to signing a deal with Impact Wrestling according to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet. The pair have been off TV since being released in April as part of WWE's budget cuts relating to the current global situation.

Impact Wrestling is reportedly keen to get the deal over the line soon so the former Bullet Club stalwarts can appear at the Slammiversary pay-per-view on July 18.

The Tag Team World Cup winners aren't the only former WWE talents that seem set to make their way to Impact Wrestling. The company recently released a promo package suggesting that a number of ex-WWE stars, including a former world champion, could be on their way to Impact in the near future.

Reports also suggest that the Impact deal will allow the former IWGP Tag Team Champions to make their return to New Japan Pro Wrestling once the current travel restrictions have been lifted.

Gallows and Anderson are expected to make their post-WWE plans official on July 18, once their no-compete clause with the company has ended.
