It is expected that WWE will do a final angle on tonight's Raw to push John Cena versus Kevin Owens at Sunday's Elimination Chamber show. There's no word if Owens will be on the show tonight, but there's a very good chance that he will be. It could even just be a video promo, but something from Owens would make sense to promote this Sunday's show. At the very least, John Cena will have a ten minute promo segment to put over the match. He'll address last week's actions and is also scheduled to do another US Open challenge. One of the problems with WWE's current booking is the lack of time to properly build and execute feuds. This time next week, the Cena and Owens feud will be over and we'll be just two weeks from Money In The Bank. Yes, the company are providing waves of great content, but they are coming and going so fast that they might struggle for any real meaning. That makes shows like tonight's Raw even more important. The promotion has to be even more on point than usual, with less shows to establish the special events. The reason WWE have started cramming so much fresh content is due to a panic in retaining WWE Network subscribers.
