John Cena Taking Extended Time Off After WWE Hell In A Cell?

US champion will miss at least FOUR RAW episodes in October and November.

WWE United States Champion John Cena is expected to take extended time off after this month's WWE Hell In A Cell PPV. He's not currently advertised for the post-Hell In A Cell RAW episode from San Diego or the following RAW in Denver on November 2nd. WWE aren't advertising Cena for the live events on the weekend of October 31st, though he is expected to report back to work for the European tour beginning November 4th. Post that tour, Cena won't be working the November 16th and November 23rd episodes of RAW as he resumes his break from the road. There's no word yet on how WWE plans to explain (or not?) Cena's absence and missing RAW episodes or whether it will affect his ability to hold the US title. Cena has no match currently scheduled for the WWE Hell In A Cell PPV though after the way this season's Total Divas ended this week, a feud with Dolph Ziggler over Nikki Bella's affections could be on the cards in the near future. As a side note, WWE has been advertising Daniel Bryan to appear in some capacity at several of the European live dates in November.
