Total Divas is running a storyline in which Dolph Ziggler looks to steal Nikki Bella away from John Cena. Reportedly, this narrative could also be crossing over to WWE Raw, with Ziggler and Cena feuding over Nikki. Ziggler did previously have a relationship with Bella, the history is real, but what viewers will be seeing on Total Divas is all scripted to create drama. Can that in turn create conflict for a feud on Raw? Mixing Raw and Total Divas is an idea that could please some fans, and anger others. On the one hand, it leads to John Cena versus Dolph Ziggler, which will be a great series of matches. They have fantastic chemistry with each other and their bouts from a few years ago were excellent. But some fans can't get past the phoney cheesiness of Total Divas, and there's a feeling that it could undermine Ziggler's character by booking him in such a spot. Face it, he's eventually going to come out looking like a loser. Fans always want more realistic storylines, and in some sense, it is smart for WWE to play on Ziggler's real past.
