Kane returned to WWE television on last Friday's episode of SmackDown, aiding former partner Daniel Bryan in his ongoing war with 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt after sparking speculation of a Royal Rumble run with his teasing opening promo.

Per a new report from PWInsider, 'The Big Red Machine' is set to be in the house for this week's pay-per-view in Houston, Texas. There's no word on what this could entail, however. Kane might end up wrestling in the Rumble, though there's every chance he'll only be there to assist Bryan as he challenges for the WWE Universal Championship.

This isn't today's only piece of Big Red News, however, with Cageside Seats' daily Rumor Roundup column stating that the Mayor of Knoxville County, Tennessee is currently featuring on local television ads for WWE's upcoming show in Saudi Arabia - which is expected to go down on 20 or 27 February.

Kane's opponent? 'The Fiend,' baby.

'The Big Red Machine' has just one Saudi match on his record since WWE's deal with the nation kicked in, as he and The Undertaker reformed The Brothers of Destruction to face D-Generation X at Crown Jewel 2018.
