MVP Quits TNA Wrestling?

Former WWE star appears to be done with TNA Wrestling after The BDC stable ended.

Another big name may be done with TNA Wrestling as MVP has commented on Twitter and Facebook that he is moving on. While nothing has been made official at this point, PWInsider notes that it's pretty clear that he has parted ways with TNA. A big reason why he's done with TNA is the situation with Hernandez, who was brought in to be a part of MVP's stable called The Beatdown Clan aka The BDC. Due to Hernandez not officially being done with Lucha Underground, he wasn't legally allowed to appear on TNA Impact, which is a story that was covered here on WhatCulture a few days ago. As a result, TNA had to edit out all of The BDC's material that was already taped weeks ago. The whole situation is a mess that obviously frustrated MVP On his Facebook account, MVP wrote: "The BDC is no more. So long TNA..." and he also posted his email address for bookings: BOOKMVPNOW@GMAIL.COM. On Twitter he said "The BDC is dead, but never in spirit." He also posted a tweet complete with a song. https://twitter.com/The305MVP/status/622175566419095552 A song titled "Bad Brains" is an obvious message to TNA that they have made some dumb decisions and most likely the Hernandez situation led to MVP wanting out. His two year TNA deal was apparently up in February 2016, but judging by his comments he may have asked for and been granted a release.
At 41 years of age, MVP may not wrestle for that many more years, but he's still a good performer. He has a history with WWE as well as New Japan Pro Wrestling, so he could resurface in either of those places although being in his 40s may be a turn off for WWE. There is also the new company Global Force Wrestling that seems to want a lot of ex-TNA stars while Ring of Honor and Lucha Underground are other options.
