Roderick Strong's low ranking on this list should not be a reflection of his lack of success so far in WWE; rather, he was signed mere months ago and has yet to really showcase his skills and what he's capable of in the ring. That said, he has plenty of potential to be a big star in NXT and has already proven to be a prospect on the rise.

Strong was nicknamed Mr. ROH for a reason: he had been with Ring of Honor almost since its inception in 2003. For over a dozen years, he did battle with everyone who stepped foot in that organization, in addition winning all of its active championships at one point or another. That included a strong six month reign as ROH World Champion from 2010 to 2011, but by 2016, it was evident he had accomplished all he could there and it was time to move on.

Last October, he arrived on the NXT scene by being introduced as Austin Aries' mystery partner in the second annual Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The duo was eliminated early on from the tourney as a result of Aries' eye injury, but this has allowed Strong to break out on his own, recently participating in an excellent No. 1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way for the NXT Championship.

Mr. ROH, er, NXT has everything it takes to be a major player on the black-and-yellow brand and beyond in the years to come.
