Ranking Every ECW Champion In History - From Worst To Best

18. Tito Santana

Tito Santana is probably best-remembered for his success in WWE as a two-time Intercontinental Champion. Upon signing for ECW though, he managed to achieve more than just mid-card glory, going on to win the world title in August of 1993.

That being said, it wasn’t a particularly memorable reign. Officially, Santana held the title for just 32 days, and after defeating fellow WWE alumni Don Muraco to win the championship he only went onto defend his title on a single occasion—a dark match against Vladimir Koloff at a September ECW TV taping.

Now, presumably the reason for this being dark match is because by the time the taping aired, Santana was no longer ECW champion. He forfeited the belt to Shane Douglas just a few weeks after winning it, bringing down the curtain on a fairly forgettable run.

At least it was better than Dreamer’s spell, I guess.
