Bray Wyatt Working WWE Events With Injured Shoulder

Is this why Braun Strowman was added to the Wyatts?

Ric Flair took to his WOOOOO! Nation podcast to announce that Bray Wyatt has been dealing with a shoulder injury for some time. Wyatt did not wrestle on Monday€™s RAW and has been restricted to multiple person matches since August 3. He did face-off against Roman Reigns in a street fight during this week's SmackDown tapings, although those matches allow those involved to do more brawling at ringside and minimise their bumps. The injury goes some way to explaining the timing of Braun Strowman's introduction. The newest Wyatt Family member debuted with great aplomb during last week's RAW, dismantling both Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose before facing off against the Lunatic Fringe on this week's episode. The former strongman will be doing the majority of Wyatt's legwork in the coming weeks it seems.

Sixteen-time world champion Flair still has ties within the current roster as his daughter Charlotte is currently enjoying a fruitful run as part of the Divas Revolution. He also appeared on last week's RAW as part of the segment that saw former Daily Show host Jon Stewart hit with an Attitude Adjustment by John Cena, so there's every chance the Nature Boy could have caught up with Bray backstage then too. It has been a pretty troublesome year for Wyatt in terms of injures. He sustained another untimely knock in the hours leading up to WrestleMania in March. The Buzzard hurt his ankle while warming up which cast his match with The Undertaker into doubt. It's unknown how long he will be out for. If at all...
