Expect the WWE raid on outside talent to continue ahead of the brand split.

WWE's attitude when it comes to signing established talent from outside the company has changed somewhat in the last couple of years, and the assumption that making a name for yourself somewhere else may be detrimental no longer rings true.

The last 18 months in particular has seen WWE become more and more aggressive when it comes to poaching talent, and word coming out of the company in the wake of the forthcoming brand split is that this is to continue.

Two men who could very well be on their way to World Wrestling Entertainment in the near-future are two of the top performers in Ring of Honor, Moose and Roderick Strong. Reports are suggesting that former NFL player Moose's contract with the company will expire in the next few weeks, and instead of re-signing there is every chance WWE could act on their rumoured interest. A man of his size and ability will surely be in WWE sooner rather than later.

Roderick Strong has experienced something of a career renaissance in the last couple of years, and whilst he isn't the new and fresh talent that Moose is he is still someone who is more than deserving of a run at the top. With the forthcoming brand split there is every chance that men like Strong will finally get to dip their toes in the shark-infested water that is World Wrestling Entertainment. Strong's contract is also up in a few weeks.

Will Roderick Strong and Moose be on their way to WWE (or NXT) before the end of the year? A gambling man would advise putting a penny or two on just that.
