Sasha Banks & Bayley Poke Fun At Real Life WWE Rumours

New WWE Women's Tag-Team Champions Sasha Banks and Bayley poked fun at the internet rumour mill after bagging the belts on SmackDown.

The pair enthusiastically posed for pictures with their newly-won titles before Sasha asked, "Should we take pictures on the floor crying?". Bayley, who is also the reigning SmackDown Women's Champ, said she thought that was a great idea, and the pair started crawling around on the ground faking tears.

This was a direct reference to reports that surfaced last year claiming Sasha and Bayley had staged a tearful protest backstage at WrestleMania 35. Last year, some WWE sources leaked word that the pair were supposedly crying on the locker room floor upon finding out that they were booked to lose the Women's Tag Titles to The IIconics on the biggest show of the year.

Fast forward to June 2020 and the pals are trolling everyone with their heelish antics, which is actually pretty smart. They had to know this would get Twitter talking.

Hopefully, they give the belts some much-needed importance. Those Women's Tag Titles have become a laughing stock since the heady heights of Bayley and Banks' first win back at Elimination Chamber last year.
