WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins will defend his big red belt against Braun Strowman at Clash of Champions 2019 (15 September), as confirmed on last night's Raw.

The development came in a pensive backstage segment featuring the duo, in which they were discussing the Tag Team Turmoil match set-up to determine the number one contenders to their newly-won Raw Tag Team Championships, with 'The Monster Among Men' claiming he was challenging Rollins regardless. As Seth "doesn't back down from a fight," the match was made.

Strowman lost to United States Champion AJ Styles via. OC interference later in the evening.

Speaking of the Raw Tag Team Titles, the thrown-together Robert Roode/Dolph Ziggler duo claimed number one contendership by besting the Lucha House Party, Revival, Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder, and Heavy Machinery in the aforementioned bout. The OC, Viking Raiders, and B-Team had already been eliminated. Roode and Ziggler vs. Strowman and Rollins goes down on 15 September as well.
