Stills of footage taken by helicopters making aerial flybys of New Jersey's MetLife Stadium have emerged showing a sneak peek at this Sunday's WrestleMania 35 set, and boy is it a doozy.

The entrance ramp is headed by an absolutely gargantuan video wall in the guise of what we presume isn't-but-looks-a-lot-like an '80s office block (or for UK readers, the ziggurat of trivia Michael Barrymore called his home on game show Strike It Lucky). When the construction is finished, it seems likely the entrance diorama will be a representation of the New York skyline (despite the show not actually taking place in New York, but let's not quibble).

As has became a tradition of WrestleMania stadium shows in recent years, the ring is surrounded by a colossal lighting rig, with an enormous banner placed on top - just for the benefit of CHOPPER4, apparently. A new feature is the incredibly impressive (and we can only imagine, incredibly expensive) circular LED screen which promises to offer an unimpeded view to everyone in attendance.

Regardless of the quality of the show itself, WWE and their ace production staff never let us down with the staging of WrestleMania - and this year's edition looks set to be no different in that department.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
