Stephanie Vs. Brie Bella Confirmed For WWE Summerslam

The ladies had a catfight to set up SummerSlam and Jericho/Wyatt will have one more match!

The lineup for WWE's SummerSlam event in Los Angeles on August 17 had two more matches added to the event. Here's the lineup so far with notes on each match. John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship - Lesnar wasn't on Raw this week, so there was a promo exchange between Cena and Lesnar's advocate Paul Heyman. Cena isn't expected on Raw next week due to filming a movie and Lesnar probably won't be on either. Both guys are expected on April 11, which is when Hulk Hogan will be hosting Raw. Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt - This is a rematch from Battleground, which Jericho won. Wyatt attacked Jericho on Raw just like he did one week earlier. Wyatt was only on Raw for about two minutes and didn't get to do a promo. Jericho was featured in a match as well as a promo. It would be a surprise if Wyatt lost this match. Stephanie McMahon vs. Brie Bella - Their segment main evented Raw after being hyped up for three hours. Stephanie was all over the show. She noted that it will be her first match in over 10 years. Brie got her job back even though she was still on WWE TV quite a bit while she was "fired" the last couple of months. Those are the only three matches that are confirmed. Here are some others that are likely to be announced this week during the Smackdown tapings or next week's Raw. Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton - Since Orton beat up Reigns all over the arena on Raw they could have a Street Fight or No Holds Barred kind of match at SummerSlam. This match is considered a lock. Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins - This one is also a lock since they didn't have an actual match at Battleground. Ambrose wasn't on Raw this week. Rusev vs. Jack Swagger in a Flag Match - Their story continued on Raw with a brawl that saw Swagger with the advantage. Both guys had flags at the start of the segment as well as the end because the belief is it will be a flag match. AJ Lee vs. Paige for the Divas Title - They had a promo segment on Raw to set it up. It advanced the heel turn of Paige. Lee had the advantage on Raw. Those are seven matches. The tag team champions The Usos could be in a multi-team tag match featuring the Wyatt Family, Rybaxel, Stardust/Goldust and perhaps the new team of Kofi Kingston & Big E since they were watching the six man tag featuring The Usos. The Miz could be defending the Intercontinental Title against Dolph Ziggler and maybe Bo Dallas in a triple threat. Sheamus doesn't have a feud even though he's the US Champion. Some people are going to be left out. It's a shame, but that's just how it is when they have a three hour PPV with some big matches. Eight or nine matches will likely be the final number. If there are more official announcements after the Smackdown tapings we'll update the lineup.
