TNA: 4 Ways To Improve The X-Division

4. Fix The Roster

Alex Shelley Let€™s look at the current roster of X-Division wrestlers, shall we? There€™s Kenny King, Zema Ion, Manik, & Chris Sabin. Maybe Chavo? Sometimes Robbie E.? They don€™t have a great selection right now. While Sabin, King, Manik & Ion are great performers, you can€™t have a whole division with a title based around only four wrestlers. So, the first thing I would do is get a better roster. Every year they have Destination X where they bring in a bunch of X-Wrestlers that currently don€™t work for the company and everyone gets excited thinking that the X-Division is coming back. But, every year after Destination X they sign, maybe, one of those wrestlers. They need to stop teasing the fans with all the possibilities of a great division. Personally, I would like for TNA to SIGN some of the great X-Wrestlers that have worked with them before, such as Sonjay Dutt, Alex Shelley, Petey Williams, & Brian Kendrick. And also to scour the indies and international markets for great guys that can work that style. Guys like Rubix (Jigsaw), Paul London, & Jack Evans. Even bring in Generation Me, who can work both the tag division and bring some life to the X-Division. I would have the roster looking like this: Chris Sabin Kenny King Zema Ion Manik Sonjay Dutt Petey Williams Brian Kendrick Rubix Paul London Jack Evans Max Buck Jeremy Buck Alex Shelley Curry Man (Hey, if they don€™t have anything for Daniels to do on a night, bring back the Curry!) All of those men are capable of putting on great matches. Heck, even bring in AJ Styles, Kazarian, Daniels, & Joe for some one-off feuds just to give the division some legitimacy.
