TNA: Why The New Main Event Mafia Has Already FAILED

Rampage Jackson

BeFunky_IMG_1589 Jackson has NO business being part of a WRESTLING faction. I do however understand why TNA did it. He can't wrestle or talk so they're just going to hope he can be seen and not heard, hiding him behind the actual talent. Rampage Jackson is a 35 year old RETIRED UFC fighter. Having him join the M.E.M. not only hurts Rampage, but it hurts The M.E.M. and it cripples TNA. TNA is on the downward spiral as it is and having Rampage join a group that he can't do anything in just took out any potential $$$ they could have made with him down the line. Now, he's just another name on a list. The M.E.M. loses credibility as a wrestling faction with one guy who's fairly green in Magnus and one guy who will NEVER be in an actual match in Rampage. What TNA should've done was stick with the formula that worked the first time, OR do a complete 180 and only have your future stars be part of the group with Sting or Angle playing the roll of 'The Godfather.' Now what could've have been special is lost. You can't blame Jackson though, why not collect a paycheck to do nothing. That's what half the TNA roster does already. What a shame.. Wanna talk wrestling? Lets go. Be heard.
