Top WWE Executive Upset Over Extreme Rules 2020?

Sasha Banks vs. Asuka did NOT sit well with this top WWE official.

WWE Executive Vice President of Television Production Kevin Dunn was left seething at production issues during Asuka and Sasha Banks' RAW Women's Championship match at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules last week.

Per Fightful Select, Dunn was "set off" by a bunch of technical blunders during the clash, including several moments where the cameras were focused on SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley at ringside when they should have been. These moments aside, no further incidents were mentioned.

The report states that while these problems weren't huge, Dunn was riled up enough to blast those around him for failing to sufficiently protect talent.

Banks vs. Asuka was en route to becoming one of the best of the year until it was marred by a screwy finish. In an attempt at putting heat on Sasha and Bayley, WWE had Asuka accidentally spit mist in the referee's face, leading to Bayley blasting 'The Empress of Tomorrow' with a belt. 'The Role Model' then put the referee's shirt on and counted the three, declaring Banks the new RAW Women's Champion.

WWE has not officially recognised the title change. Banks and Asuka go one-on-one to settle the issue on next week's RAW.
