Top WWE Stars Advertised For Elimination Chamber 2022 In Saudi Arabia

Here's who's being advertised for WWE's February return to Saudi Arabia...

A host of top-level WWE stars are currently being advertised for Elimination Chamber 2022, which takes place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Saturday 19 February.

Per the official WWE.com event page, Universal Champion Roman Reigns, Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch, and SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair are all "Featured Superstars" for the event. Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, and Mansoor (competing once again in his home country) are also listed.

"Card is subject to change" remains the eternal disclaimer in WWE. That these names are being listed for the event shouldn't be taken as a guarantee that they'll appear, particularly as the show is still several weeks away.

Elimination Chamber 2022 will be the first time WWE has taken the cage to Saudi Arabia. In addition, 19 February will be the first time a Saudi show has been titled anything other than Crown Jewel or Super ShowDown since the Greatest Royal Rumble in April 2018.

WWE's business in Saudi Arabia earns the promotion an estimated $50 million per show. This is part of a 10-year deal with the Saudi General Entertainment Authority signed in 2018, designed to sportswash the regime's horrendous human rights record.
