Triple H Keen On Internet Fans' Opinions; Working On AMA

Despite what fans think, Triple H is aware of the IWC and interested in it.

Triple H has often been derided for not caring about what fans really want, and the recent bout of bad booking from WWE has bolstered this cause. Triple H, himself, hasn€™t helped his own case with his occasional snide comments about internet fans. However, according to WrestleZone -- who are citing an undisclosed source within WWE -- Triple H has been keeping his eye on the internet fans and community. WrestleZone and its source stated that WWE€™s future leader is keen on receiving feedback from these fans. The report goes on to state that Triple H is particularly intrigued by Reddit and its SquaredCircle community. The subreddit page is features near constant posts from fans with their thoughts on WWE€™s current product, as well as frequent fantasy booking from members. There are even rumors that WWE€™s creative team has even found inspiration in the online community€™s fantasy booking efforts. Reportedly, Damien Sandow€™s current gimmick as Mizdow was partly inspired by various message board posts and news site comments. WrestleZone reports that his role as Miz€™s bodyguard and stunt double was, at least, partially taken from a handful of online discussions. Furthermore, Triple H is apparently eager to participate in an AMA or Ask Me Anything session. While nothing has been setup yet, the 13-time WWE World Champion is attempting to get the ball rolling. The AMA would take place on the main Reddit page, as opposed to within the SquaredCircle community. Triple H wants to make it clear that he€™s aware of the internet wrestling community and is taking note of their praises and criticisms. Has Triple H changed his tune about internet fans? Let us know your thoughts on his apparent affinity for the online wrestling community by leaving a comment below.

Douglas Scarpa is a freelance writer, independent filmmaker, art school graduate, and pro wrestling aficionado -- all of which mean he is in financial ruin. He has no backup plan to speak of, yet maintains his abnormally high spirits. If he had only listened to the scorn of his childhood teachers, he wouldn't be in this situation.
