An MMA fighter and a bodybuilder have followed ZZ out the door.

It would seem that Tough Enough competitor ZZ Loupe isn't the only Performance Center talent to be released from World Wrestling Entertainment this week, as PWInsider is reporting that two other developmental performers have also been let go.

Josh Woods and Tom Kingdon are the two men to be given their future endeavours.

Neither man had a TV presence of any kind, with Woods performing in NXT a couple of times on a purely enhancement basis. Woods is a former amateur wrestling champion and MMA fighter, whereas Kingdon came from a bodybuilding background.

Kingdon joined the Performance Center way back in April 2015, and was part of an impressive group of recruits that contained current WWE Superstar Apollo Crews and NXT performer No Way Jose.

It was Jose who was the least man to defeat Josh Woods on NXT TV, back in June this year. Woods confirmed his release on Twitter yesterday.

There is no word on whether more departures are expected from the WWE Performance Center, so we will just have to wait and see. With the recent brand split however, expect to see a whole host of new faces coming in.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
