The Undertaker's 10 Best Matches (Not At WrestleMania)

The Undertaker has produced many great matches over the course of his 24 year career in World Wrestling Entertainment. Many of them happened at WrestleMania events where his impressive 21-1 win/loss record is unmatched and those matches are remembered fondly for how great they were. Not all of them of course, but the two against Michaels, plus matches against Triple H, CM Punk, Edge, Batista and others are all among the best of his career. This isn't about WrestleMania, though. It's about the best matches in Undertaker's career that took place outside of the "Showcase of the Immortals" because there were so many great ones that took place elsewhere. In doing the research for this one, it's amazing to think back to all of the great Hell in a Cell matches that Undertaker had. There were so many that were under consideration and a few that made it into the top ten. It just shows that when it comes to having those big matches, The Undertaker always stepped up his game to make them memorable. What's awesome about Undertaker's career is that he, more than anybody, can say that he wrestled the top guys from multiple eras. A lot of times in the early years they matched him up with other big men like Yokozuna, Giant Gonzalez, Sid and Mabel that weren't very good, but once he started working more often with men the caliber of Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels the matches got better. Like a fine wine, he got better with age because his matches were better in his late 30s and early 40s. Now that he's nearly 50 he may not have any more matches left, but that's okay because there are several of them that we enjoyed over the years, even the ones that didn't take place at a WrestleMania. Here's a look at the top ten.
