What caused Roman to go home?

Roman Reigns' 30-day suspension is nearly over, and he'll be returning back to work on Saturday night. However, what we didn't know is what banned substance was found in his system.

The Wrestling Observer newsletter has now reported that the substance in question is apparently Adderall.

Adderall is often used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy, but has also been used as a performance enhancing drug.

In the grand scheme of things, it seems like a pretty minor thing to be busted for. It's not like he was caught with anabolic steroids or heavy drugs like cocaine or meth. It doesn't make his physique larger, or put his life at a great risk. But, it is on WWE's list, so he had to pay the price.

It's an interesting time for Roman right now, and it will be fascinating to see how the company books his return. A heel turn could be in the cards, (and it really should be) but they've been so stubborn in the past that it seems unlikely.

To Roman's credit, he owned up to getting caught, but will still likely be booed out of the building at Battleground.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
