Updated Card For IMPACT Rebellion 2021
Sami Callihan, Trey Miguel and others added to the IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion 2021 card.
We're just over a week away from IMPACT Wrestling's Rebellion pay-per-view on Sunday, 25 April, with three new matches being added to the card following last night's IMPACT on AXS TV.
A last man standing bout was confirmed between Sami Callihan and Trey Miguel following Miguel turning down Callihan's request to mentor 'The Fresh Prince of Mid-Air'. In turn, Sami exploded, tearing Trey apart with an exploder suplex into a chair prior to the announcement being made.
An eight-man tag will see the team of Eddie Edwards, Chris Sabin, James Storm, and Willie Mack squaring off with the quartet of Violent By Design. It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out, considering the legitimate torn ACL suffered by 'EY' at the recent set of IMPACT tapings.
Finally, the Knockouts Tag Team Championships will be defended as Fire N Flava put their titles up against Jordynne Grace and a partner of Jazz's choosing. IMPACT EVP Scott D'Amore had originally planned for Jazz to be her partner, with Jazz instead insisting on staying by the stipulation of her retirement loss to Deonna Purrazzo.
A special guest commentator was also added to the Kenny Omega vs. Rich Swann main event, as Mauro Ranallo steps into the IMPACT announce booth for the first time.
Here's how the Rebellion card currently looks:-
