Vince McMahon And Triple H Get WWE Salary Increases

You won't believe how much McMahon and HHH are making.

Vince McMahon and Triple H have had their WWE salary base increased, as originally stated in the WWE 2015 shareholder meeting. McMahon's salary base has increased from $1.184 million to $1.25 million. Triple H has seen his salary increase from $550,000 to $577,500. Bear in mind as well that this is just the pay for the business side of the job. Triple H is believed to earn another million dollars in a talent contract, in addition to bonuses for special events and merchandising. WWE producer Kevin Dunn has also earned a pay increase. He is now up from $825,000 to $866,250. Dunn is one of three important backstage names to be signed to new long term deals. Michelle Wilson and George Barrios join Dunn on new deals that will give each of them 174,095 shares of stock (worth around $3 million) based on the company meeting financial goals and provided they stay through July 2018. Wilson is the chief revenue and marketing officer, while Barrios is the chief strategy and financial officer. In terms of power, the big responsibility falls upon McMahon, Barrios, Wilson, Dunn, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. They are the key people in securing WWE's long term future. Whether or not they deserve big pay increases and share options is debatable. WWE had a disappointing 2014 in which they recorded a loss of $30,100,000. However, revenues did hit $542.6 million and the company is well placed to make profits this year.
