WWE: 10 Best Old School Entrance Themes Ever

8. Macho Man Randy Savage

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_3odDx6Vyo The Macho Man's theme tune is a bit of an odd one because he walked to the ring using established music but rather than having some modern era artists singing some silly lyrics to a generic bass line Savage's choice of theme was Pomp and Circumstance March by Edward Elgar. How better to sum up a guy like Randy Savage than Pomp and Circumstance? He was the WWF's early era peacock and this music fit him like a glove. Amazingly Pomp and Circumstance received equally huge cheers or boos depending on his various character tweaks throughout his WWF/WWE tenure and is intrinsically etched in the minds of wrestling fans all over the world, so much so that when he jumped ship to WCW they tried to use the same music but were unable. There choice of 'near fit' just didn't cut it. It was also the theme music for Gorgeous George Wagner.
