WWE: 10 Bloodiest Matches Ever

8. John Cena vs. JBL - Judgment Day 2005

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yja92Qx7K6k The John Cena/JBL feud in 2005 saw Cena win his first WWE Title from JBL at WrestleMania 21. They followed that match up with this I Quit match at Judgment Day 2005. They did their best to make it a very personal feud. JBL's strengths as a main eventer were that he was a great trash talker. He promised everybody that Cena was going to bleed in the match and that's what happened. Cena got busted open after JBL hit Cena hard in the face with a steel chair. Cena's not a guy that was known for bleeding a lot, so the fact that he turned around and his head was split open showed that he really could do a manly blade job. Cena was able to overcome the blood loss to win the match and keep his WWE Title, but this match will be remembered mostly for the crimson mask that Cena was sporting for the second half of it.
