In gauging the popularity of specific WWE performers, perhaps YouTube can offer us some idea of who really is over with the mass audience. After all the view counts don't lie. Having done the research of the most popular WWE videos on YouTube EVER, I can't help but think that some people might be a little surprised. In listing this top ten, I will be looking solely at WWE videos related directly to wrestling. For example, I am discounting a WWE computer game video about custom made characters in the shape of Marvel superheroes. It's more about the capabilities of a Playstation game as opposed to being related to wrestling. Instead we will focus on the most popular videos that are all about WWE fan interest. YouTube is of course an internet sensation. The WWE have a relaxed attitude to the video hosting service, showing little concern for the amount of their content posted on the site. That could all change of course with the arrival of the WWE network, which will be charging subscribers for WWE content.
