WWE: 10 Rivalries That Were Too Personal To Be Fake

The wrestling business is very competitive and real things tend to happen despite the fact that it's a scripted form of entertainment. While promoters like Vince McMahon hope that everybody would simply get along and work well together, that doesn't always happen. Sometimes there are issues that lead to real rivalries that are simply too personal to be considered fake or scripted. These rivalries can happen due to a number of factors. Sometimes it's because of money, other times because of a woman and most of the time it's simply due to two guys trying to fight over the same spot. There's only one person that is in the very top position and usually along the way that person gets along with his peers, but there are always going to be issues that come up. People that don't get wrestling and throw the "fake" word around probably think it's silly that there would be real fights in the wrestling business. What they don't get is that the business is full of Alpha Males that are getting paid to outperform everybody else. Just like any competitive situation we get involved with in our lives, egos get in the way and things happen that nobody is proud of. Here's a look at ten WWE rivalries where an issue developed over time that led to a real situation taking over in a business that's supposed to be about people working together.
