WWE: 10 Steps To Booking Evolution In Their New Run

Evolution are back. The group, comprising Triple H, Batista and Randy Orton, reunited in the closing segment of the April 14th Raw. Those of us who remember the 2003 - 2005 initial run of the group will recall one of the great WWE heel factions of all time. Hunter, Orton, Batista and Flair ran dominant over Raw in the early 2004 period, strutting to the ring in their designer suits they looked every bit of the success story they claimed to be. On the microphone and in the ring, Evolution always proved to be compelling television. The biggest success of Evolution came in retrospect. Orton and Batista were just young guns when Triple H took them under his wing, off the back of Evolution they ended up becoming massive main event stars. When you think of the world titles Flair, Batista, Orton and Hunter had in their career, Evolution has to be the most impressive collection of wrestlers ever to be banded together. The initial story of Orton breaking away from the group set him apart, but the biggest success was Batista's breakaway from Triple H. It led to one of the best Mania builds ever and transformed Batista from apprentice into master. It also marked the end of Evolution, Hunter and Flair would continue together, but they ultimately feuded as well. There were brief reunion teases in the past, but nothing like over the past few months, where we have seen the Evolution reunion develop naturally against The Shield and Daniel Bryan. So what now for Hunter, Batista and Orton who are once again coming out to the Evolution music and working together ... this feature details the 10 ways this storyline will develop.
