John Cena is the face of WWE. Despite the top storyline that has focused on Randy Orton since his initial win over Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam, the fact is that fans know the truth. WWE is John Cena's company and has been for over ten years now. And as the top guy, John Cena is the target of both criticism and outright hate. Much of that hate centers on his character and WWE's apparent refusal to change it in the slightest. WWE fans have seen John beaten down, physically and mentally attacked, in one angle after another. We have seen him pushed to the edge on more than one occasion and we have watched him stumble and fall. But at the end of the day, the song remains the same.
