WWE: 10 Things You Might Have Missed This Week

We watch the WWE so you don't have to!

Starting today and continuing every Sunday morning, this article series will be catching you up with the biggest events of the week you might not have seen, with a bit of humor and analysis tossed in. The content on the following pages almost exclusively comes from the WWE App, WWE.com, the WWE Network, and WWE television shows by way of WWE's YouTube page. Because Main Event, Superstars, and NXT (as well as other original programs airing on the WWE Network) simply have fewer viewers than Raw and SmackDown, there is likely to be more content from those shows than from Raw or SmackDown on this list. Each page will include a video of the big events (assuming one exists). Also, these events are ranked from least to most important. After selecting the bigger events of the week, they're ranked according to how important they are, which includes the importance of the storyline, the prominence of the WWE Superstars (or managers, authority figures, etc.) involved, and whether or not anything big will come of it. In this week's edition, buried treasure is uncovered in Stamford, CT, Triple H reveals why he's continuing to harass The Shield, John Cena makes a very rare Main Event appearance, and much more. What else made the list?
In this post:
John Cena
