WWE: 5 Reasons To Be Excited About The Road to WrestleMania 29

cm punk undertaker While my last post would sure make it seem that I'm dismayed with the current state of the WWE it's actually not the case. For the most part I truly enjoy tuning in the 3 or 4 times a week that I do. Its predictability has become somewhat of an issue but there are plenty of reasons to be happy with the state of World Wrestling Entertainment. What it's currently lacking in suspense it more than makes up for in young talent and returning veterans. Throw in some potentially great story lines and the WWE may be on the verge of some very entertaining weeks ahead. As it stands now we are on the road the WrestleMania, the culmination of everything that will develop over the next few weeks. Here are the top 5 things I'm looking forward to seeing over the next month and a half.

5. WWE Championship Picture

the rock I felt an obligation to include this. I can't say I'm all that excited about the situation with the WWE title but when you take the biggest championship in sports entertainment and put it on the biggest stage in sports entertainment it certainly draws plenty of interest. I detailed my feelings about why I'm a little aggravated with title picture in my previous post but I feel it's something that deserves to be mentioned. As it looks now we will be getting John Cena vs The Rock part two. This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber PPV The Rock will be facing CM Punk in a rematch of their Royal Rumble quarrel with the WWE title on the line. Though I'd like nothing more than for CM Punk to regain the belt it would surprise me more than when I found out that Bruce Willis had been dead the entire movie in The Sixth Sense. Depending on The Undertaker's availability, CM Punk may end up in a Triple Threat Match with Cena and The Rock, which would be the only outcome I'd enjoy. We will see where this whole situation ends up, as things will start to fall into place in the upcoming weeks.
