The return of “The Animal” Batista is the biggest news story in WWE this month. He makes his return to the company this Monday night, a couple of days after his 45th birthday. He’s a former WWE Champion (two times) and World Champion (four times) that has been out of WWE for the past four years.

The reports have stated that Batista has signed a two year contract that is considered full time meaning he’ll work most TV tapings, pay-per-views and WWE live events as well. It’s likely going to be his final run. His schedule is admirable considering his age and injury history.

With the Royal Rumble coming up on Sunday night, Batista’s Raw return six days before the big event and WrestleMania 30 looming, it’s time to take a look at some things we should expect from Batista in 2014.

Some predictions may come off as easy. Others are a bit of a reach. The assumption is he’s going to return as a top guy just like when he left. Let’s take a look at what that means for Batista in 2014.
