WWE: 8 Ways CM Punk's Departure Will Change Everything

Cmpunk Whether CM Punk is burned out from endless exhaustive travel and in-ring competition, at his wits end with the company€™s creative direction, or simply lacking the burning passion he evidently displayed on his trail-blazing path to becoming the face of WWE; the bottom line is that he and Vince had a serious falling out. Information regarding why Punk left exactly will inevitably crop up within the coming weeks, but there€™s a far greater issue to explore at hand. Punk was one of WWE€™s hottest commodities, one of the most talented wrestlers to ever grace the squared circle, a ball of fury on the microphone, and above all else, one of the $1billion corporation€™s most dedicated workers. Essentially, without him the product just won't be the same. Vince McMahon clearly understands the gravity of the situation too as late last week, rumours began swirling from Dave Meltzer that Vince is actively trying to court Punk back. This isn't the first time Punk has blown up on WWE corporate either, as in 2011 he did threaten to leave the company unless he saw change in how business was conducted. Sometimes the lines of reality and fiction blur together like that in professional wrestling, only this time Punk has truly left, and both WWE's creative team and their legion of fans should start preparing for change.
