WWE Advertise Undertaker Event In March
The Deadman and WWE are still on good terms.
Although it had been suggested that The Undertaker's time with WWE was effectively over after The Deadman was announced for May's Starrcast II convention, that doesn't appear to be the case.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has already reported that talks have been held to have 'Taker participate in a featured cameo at WrestleMania, and now the company has confirmed their ongoing working relationship with their most tenured superstar by advertising an upcoming meet and greet scheduled for 23 March.
The event, taking place at Fiterman Sports in Friendswood, TX - close to 'Taker's hometown of Houston - gives fans the opportunity to pay several eye-watering prices for a piece of Phenom-themed memorabilia. Attendees can buy an inscription for $50, or an autograph/ photo for a whopping $150 a piece.
Though The Undertaker's wrestling contract lapsed earlier this year, it was reported two weeks ago that WWE had opened talks about bringing him back once again for a match at the upcoming WrestleMania 35. 'Taker, who turns 54 a day after his Texas date, has not missed the Show of Shows since a torn pectoral muscle ruled him out of WrestleMania 2000.
