WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Dec 14th)

What were the moments that made you want to defy gravity and give yourself a Tombstone Piledriver?

This was a special week in WWE, as I€™d heard something I thought I€™d never hear again: Rene Dupree and Orlando Jordan€™s names spoken on TV! Good for them! In other wrestling news this week, NXT: R Evolution has already embarrassed the yet-to-air Tables, Ladders and Chairs and (sigh) Stairs. If only Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville had been working in a stairs match instead then we would have seen a real classic! Meanwhile, The Ascension had their first vignette on SmackDown. Too bad they lost all of their most recent matches in NXT. Is that how promotions work? And on SmackDown, we finally got a glimpse into how wrestlers prepare for matches as John Cena had two pieces of paper with the words €œGame Plan€ written on them. Good thing the heels didn€™t steal that and learn all of their secrets like...um...tag your partner when you get tired? This week TNA gets a pass as no news means no bad news! But let€™s not waste any more time. We got a lot of wrestling to sort through over these past seven days in WWE. What were the moments that made you want to defy gravity and give yourself a Tombstone Piledriver? After reliving it all, you most certainly won€™t Rest. In. Peace!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
