No Steph? No Mick? Not bad.

It was a weird week in the world of wrestling. A WWE Hall of Famer died, and another became President of The United States.

If you look at just the wrestling stuff, it was a pretty good week overall. Not having Stephanie McMahon or Mick Foley on Raw made the show roughly 30 to 75% better. Dolph Ziggler did some decent work on SmackDown by nearly giving a shirtless Jerry Lawler another heart attack. And over in TNA, Robbie E started wearing pants. Any change for him is a good move, so I'll take it.

However, on the downside of things, how weak was the pop that Paul Heyman got when he came out on Raw? It seemed to be about 25% (if we can continue using percentages) of what if used to be. Over on SmackDown, it felt like 80% of the crowd didn’t know who Mickie James was. In TNA, Don West returned to sell old t-shirts from the 95% of the roster who left the company in his absence. Buy four Rellik shirts, get a Black Reign one free! But before Don comes back on live TV, can he find the X Division first? They haven’t shown up yet in this new era and I'm starting to get worried.

Now let’s not waste anymore time. We have some ranting to do. The good kind. Here were the 7 worst moments from WWE and TNA this week.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
